Our Forever First Lady has been making rounds across the country promoting her highly anticipated memoir Becoming. Just how anticipated is the book, well, Obama has sold 750,000 copies in her first day. All formats and editions are factored into sales including audiobooks.
One of the most successful single day sales for books this year, journalist Bob Woodard’s Fear: Trump in the White House also sold 750,000 its first day on the market.

It’s hard to compare anyone else’s year to that of Michelle Obama’s; from being able to throw ‘classy shade’ at the current political climate to gracing several magazine covers, to vehemently denying rumors of throwing her hat into the 2020 political ring. We can’t speak for our #ForeverFirstLady, but I’m sure she’ll agree that 750,000 on the first day at market is a lot to be thankful for.
